Saturday ... playing in the Agricola tournament, as defending champion this time. This year it doubles up as qualifying for the World Championships in 2017 .

I'll be there Thursday night to Sunday night, but I'm booked up playing X-Wing the whole time. Feel free to drop by and commiserate with me.

Planning on going for the first time this year. Is it advisable to book tickets in advance? Thinking to travel up early on the Saturday and come back on Sunday

I'm thinking of doing Saturday & some of Sunday too.

I'll be there Thursday to Sunday, with 4 helpers. First year with a stand. B23. If you were to drop by and say hello, it would help avoid loneliness and desperation on my part. ;-)

I'm considering coming along just for Saturday, do the day tickets normally sell out or do you reckon I'll be able to just show up and buy on the door?

Hello everyone, I'm from the board game company Big Potato https://www.facebook.... and we're exhibiting at UKGE this year! Does anyone want to drive me and about 15 smallish boxes of our board games from Shoreditch (London) to Birmingham on Thursday in the afternoon? Will pay and give you a copy of each of our games too! My email is massimo@bigpotato.co.uk or just reply on here. Looking forward to it!

Several Lobsters involved in the AGRICOLA tournament (Charlotte, David, Natalia, Tung and myself). Two of us got to the final table having won both our round matches. In a tight final, both Natalia and myself were beaten out of the win. My Braggart was beaten into third whilst the Ratcatcher and Baking strategy got Natalia the runners up trophy; 41-38-37-33. Good fun even if the tournament wasn't the best organised this year.
