Monday Evening Gaming at Rogues Quarter

We would ask that you are either double-vaccinated or have had a negative Lateral Flow Test in the last 24 hours. If you do not have an RSVP you will be turned away. 

Please stick to any rules which the venue has, especially in relation to COVID-19 safety:

• If you need clarification please ask the Host or the Venue staff.
• If you have any concerns, complaints or argument with their rules please raise them with the Host not with the Venue staff.
• The Host will pass them to the Organisers and we will speak to the Venue if necessary.
• Please follow any instructions given by the Venue staff. Both for the safety and comfort of others, and because we really need our Venues.
• We ask that you stick very closely to our LoB Rules at this time

The venue will be laying on a more affordable food menu for us and keg beer, in addition to their normal food and drink offering. Many thanks to them for stepping in to help us. Lighting in the venue is relatively low so please be aware of this for your visit.

• If you're new, please check out our guide for new players. 
• If you have questions or need help, either ask the Host (if there is one) or find one of our Helpers (check the Members on the Guest list) and just ask!  Helpers are always happy to answer your questions or clarify how the event works. Even if there is no host or helper you should find us a helpful and friendly bunch so don't be afraid to ask questions. 
• Please RSVP if you are planning to attend, and make sure it is up to date if your plans change.  Be considerate of other members – we often have large waiting lists.  Similarly, please don't turn up if your RSVP is not confirmed, as space is limited. 
• Admittance is free – but please buy a drink and/or food at the venue if you can. Our use of the room is dependent on the venue making some money during the event. 
• If you move tables to play on, please make sure you return them to their original arrangement once you are finished.
